Back in high school, I had one dream: to be a writer. However, a guidance counselor told me I would never survive financially if I chose that profession. So, I gave up that dream for a while, but it always revived itself. Armed with a manuscript and a dream, I eventually discovered self-publishing. I published my first book in 2013. There were several individuals who expressed interest in publishing their own books, so I decided to launch my very own self-publishing course. Guess what?! It failed! Turns out that not enough people cared about learning how to publish a book. They wanted me to write their book for them! My newfound failures have led me to help birth the books many of high-level experts, industry leaders, and speakers. Today, I’m a ghostwriter and the founder of Authors in Action and Giftwrapped Global. Another part of my passion lies in helping others use their talents and skills to make a living. When I lost my corporate job in 2017, I was forced to evaluate my gifts, skills, and experience. I wanted to discover my purpose and my earning potential based on exactly this. I’m not only a firm believer in financial health but in physical health too! A run-in with pre-cancer inspired my health journey, leaving me in awe of the immune system and its amazing capabilities.
